Prior to work commencing, VPM and the client must complete an intro meeting and both parties must sign an agreement with the details for the project's scope of work and terms.
After signing our agreement, deposit fees are non-refundable. We require a 2-week advanced notice of cancelation. Clients who cancel with less than a 2-week notice will be invoiced a cancellation fee, detailed in the agreement. Additional terms may be included in the signed agreement.
